Graduated economist from origin, I have been active at the European Commission since 1990 in many different horizontal functions. Human Resources Management appears to be the domain in which I managed finding the best productivity with a high quality performance. For over four years I have had the opportunity to be Human Resources Manager at the European Commission, first at Financial Control, then at PMO. Since 1995 I am member of the FFPE at which my active commitment has gradually increased over the years, resulting in 2007 in a part-time secondment as trade union delegate and in a deepended specialism in administrative disputes. Currently I am full-time Head of Unit Studies and Forward Planning at the PMO, without forgetting, not even for one minute, the real needs of my friends at the FFPE. In 2009 I have been elected as proxy member in the Local Staff Committee in Brussels.
