| In September 2009, the Commission launched a campaign in favour of healthy food for students in the EU. This campaign was further highlighted in "Commission en Direct" with an article 'Be Bright - Eat right during Christmas' (18.12.2009). |

The civil service is in the limelight and the media do not hold back from circulating completely inaccurate information with the blessing of the Member States. We are not defended; new civil servants are hired at the lowest grade and the opening of negotiations on the Staff Regulations in 2012 leaves the door wide open to all kinds of dangers for our rights. |

Le Président Barroso a rencontre les représentants du personnel le 30 mars 2010 au Berlaymont en présence de son chef de Cabinet M. Laitenberger et d'autres membres des Cabinets, ainsi que de Mme Souka et M. Jacob qui représentaient la DG HR. Toutes les Organisations syndicales professionnelles (OSP) étaient présentes et les Comités locaux du personnel (CLP) de Bruxelles, Luxembourg, Karlsruhe, Petten et France ainsi que le Comité Central du Personnel (CCP). La FFPE était représentée par Petrus Kerstens et Myriam Toson. Une déclaration a été faite au nom de la FFPE qui reprend les sujets qui nous préoccupent et qui d'ailleurs se trouvaient dans notre programme pour les élections de juin 2009. |
