Scientific and professor, previously private sector employee and manager in a university, I have been involved in helping colleagues since my arrival at the Commission in 1998. It is the Kinnock reform, dismantling social weel-beeing of the XXth century, and the lost of fundamental reasons why our institutions were created, who brought me to put myself, my competencies and my know-how, at the service of the personnel and the citizen. This, in order to keep the right and the duties of everyone in equilibrium, for equity and right considerations of life quality and well-beeing, nowadays ignored or destroyed.
